why choose m. e. & p. Incorporated?

As a multi-disciplinary engineering firm, we operate in order to solve the five sinkholes of disappearing project profits:
1. Solving Coordination Confusion
M. E. & P. Incorporated's licensed engineering staff handles mechanical, electrical and plumbing design smoothly in one office. We keep up to date on project changes and current building codes. In today's rapid-build, rapid-change environment, you can't afford less.

M. E. & P. Incorporated's engineers and designers know the difference between cost-effective and design-offensive specifications and create our designs accordingly.
5. Solving Final Plan Dropsy
M. E. & P. Incorporated creates designs with complete notes and complete follow-through, including checking the availability of specified equipment and materials. We integrate our work into both the construction process and follow-up so you do not have to tie up loose ends alone.
2. Solving End-Use Abuse
M. E. & P. Incorporated prides ourselves on efficiently specifying and designing for the intended end use of a facility. And when the function of a particular space changes, we know that its utility services may change as well. Keeping the end use in view may mean changes in construction cost, but always means a more satisfied client.
